This Privacy Policy explains how 1$ AI Website (the “App”) handles information when you create, edit, and publish websites using AI.

1) What we collect and process

• Information you enter: business name, description, services, contact details, location, etc.
• Photos you upload: logo, hero image, gallery images.
• Generated content: HTML and website pages created by the App.
• Purchase data: purchases are processed by Apple/Google. We do not receive your full payment card details.

2) Where your data is stored

• On your device: draft websites (HTML) and images are saved locally on your phone.
• AI processing: when you generate or edit a site, your inputs (and some generated HTML) are sent to our servers to run AI.
• Publishing: when you publish, your website files are deployed to hosting (for example, Vercel) to create a live URL.

3) How we use information

• Generate and edit your website with AI.
• Show previews on your device.
• Publish your website to a live link when you request it.
• Provide support when you contact us.

4) Sharing with third parties

The App may use third-party providers to operate features. For example: Supabase for backend services and Vercel for hosting published sites. These providers may process data only to provide the requested functionality.

5) Data retention

• Draft websites and photos remain on your device until you delete them (or uninstall the App).
• Published websites remain online until you remove them from the hosting provider.

6) Your choices

• You can delete drafts from the App (“My sites”).
• You can stop using the App at any time and uninstall it to remove local data.

7) Children’s privacy

The App is not intended for children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal data, please contact us so we can help.
