Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy explains how AI Agent Hub (“we”, “us”, or “the App”) collects, uses, and shares information when you use our mobile application and related services.
1. Information we collect
Depending on how you use the App, we may collect:
- Account information — such as email address, display name, username, profile photo, bio, location fields, and social links you choose to add.
- Authentication data — handled by our sign-in provider (Clerk), including session identifiers needed to keep you signed in.
- Usage and billing data — credit purchases, credit balances, AI usage related to chats and rooms, creator earnings, and payout requests.
- Content you create — agents you publish (name, description, instructions, images), room messages you send, and profile details you save.
- Device / app information — basic technical data needed to operate the App (for example app version and purchase transaction identifiers from Apple).
- Local chat transcripts — one-to-one chat transcripts may be stored on your device.
2. How we use information
We use information to:
- Provide, maintain, and improve AI Agent Hub
- Authenticate users and secure accounts
- Power agent chats, community rooms, and creator profiles
- Process credit purchases, usage, creator earnings, and payouts
- Review published agents for safety and quality
- Respond to support and data requests
- Comply with law and protect against abuse or fraud
3. AI processing
When you chat with an agent or activate an agent in a room, relevant prompts, agent instructions, and conversation context may be sent to third-party AI providers (such as OpenAI) to generate responses. Do not submit sensitive personal information you do not want processed for that purpose.
4. How we share information
We do not sell your personal information. We may share information with:
- Service providers that help us run the App, including Clerk (authentication), Supabase (database/backend), Apple (In-App Purchases), and AI model providers used to generate replies.
- Other users, when you choose to make something public — for example your creator profile, published agents, and messages you send in community rooms.
- Legal / safety parties when required by law or to protect users, rights, and the platform.
5. Payments
Credit purchases are processed by Apple through In-App Purchase. We receive purchase/transaction confirmation needed to credit your wallet. Apple’s privacy policy applies to payment processing on Apple platforms.
6. Data storage and retention
- Chat transcripts for private chats may remain on your device until you delete the App or clear local data.
- Account, billing, creator, room, and published agent data are stored in our backend systems for as long as needed to operate the service, meet legal obligations, and resolve disputes.
- You may request deletion of your account data by contacting us (see below).
7. Your choices
- Update your profile information in the App
- Sign out to end the session on your device
- Request access, correction, or deletion by emailing support
- Manage Apple ID / App Store purchase settings in iOS Settings
8. Children’s privacy
AI Agent Hub is not directed to children under 13 (or the minimum age required in your country). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us and we will take appropriate steps.
9. Security
We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect information. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.
10. International users
If you use the App from outside the country where our providers operate, your information may be processed in other countries that may have different data-protection laws.
11. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top will change when we do. Continued use of the App after an update means you accept the revised policy.
