• Local project data — product names, steps, chat messages, and photos you save stay on your device.
• Device identifier — a random Device ID stored securely on your phone, used to enforce subscription usage limits.
• Purchase information — handled by Apple; we receive confirmation to activate your plan.
• AI content — photos and text you submit for analysis are sent to our backend (and AI providers) to generate responses.

2. How we use information

• To provide assembly guidance and photo highlights
• To enforce plan limits and prevent abuse
• To improve reliability and support

3. Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We may share data with:

• Infrastructure and AI providers needed to run the service
• Apple for in-app purchases
• Authorities when required by law

4. Retention

• Local data remains until you clear it or uninstall the app
• Usage/subscription records linked to Device ID are kept as needed to operate plans
• AI request content is processed to fulfill your request and is not used to build a public profile of you

5. Your choices

• Use Clear Local Data in Settings to remove projects stored on this device
• Contact us to ask about usage records tied to your Device ID
• Manage Apple purchases in your Apple ID purchase settings

6. Children

The app is not directed at children under 13. Do not use the app if you are under the applicable age in your region without a parent or guardian.

1. The service

AI Assembly Assistant provides AI-assisted guidance for assembling products. Guidance is informational only and may be incomplete or incorrect. Always follow manufacturer instructions and use common sense for safety.

2. Accounts & purchases

• The app uses a device-based subscription model (no login required).
• In-app purchases (Weekly, Monthly, Yearly) are processed by Apple and subject to Apple’s terms.
• Plans unlock AI request and image verification quotas for the purchase period.
• Consumable plans do not auto-renew; purchase again when your period ends.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the app, attempt to reverse engineer our services, abuse AI limits, or use the app for unlawful purposes.

4. Disclaimers

THE APP IS PROVIDED “AS IS”. We do not guarantee that AI suggestions are accurate, complete, or suitable for every product. You are responsible for safe assembly and for verifying results.

5. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for injury, damage, or loss arising from use of the app or reliance on AI guidance.

6. Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.
