This Privacy Policy explains how AI Tasker (“we”, “us”, or “our”) collects, uses, and shares information when you use the AI Tasker mobile application and related services (the “Service”). The Service is a marketplace for hiring and offering AI-related work only.

1. Information We Collect
- Account information — email address, name, profile photo, bio, skills, location, and other details you provide when signing up or editing your profile. Authentication is handled by Clerk.
- Marketplace content — tasks you post, proposals, messages, reviews, services, favorites, and related activity.
- Payment and credits — in-app purchase records and credit balance. Apple processes App Store payments; we do not store full payment card numbers.
- Device and usage data — app interactions, crash/diagnostics data, and basic device information needed to operate and improve the Service.
- Support communications — messages you send to support.
2. How We Use Information
- Create and manage your account and profile
- Operate marketplace features (tasks, proposals, messaging, hiring, reviews, credits)
- Process in-app purchases and credit your wallet
- Provide customer support and respond to requests
- Maintain security, prevent fraud and abuse, and enforce our Terms
- Improve the Service and fix bugs
- Comply with legal obligations
We do not sell your personal information.
3. How We Share Information
- Other users — profile details, services, tasks, proposals, reviews, and messages you choose to share on the marketplace may be visible to other users as needed for the Service.
- Service providers — including Clerk (authentication), Supabase (database/backend), and Apple (in-app purchases).
- Legal — when required by law, or to protect rights, safety, and the integrity of the Service.
4. Data Storage and Security
We use industry-standard safeguards to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure. Access to account features is protected by authentication. Please keep your login credentials confidential.
5. Data Retention
We retain account and marketplace data while your account is active and as needed to provide the Service, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and meet legal requirements. You may request deletion as described below.

- Sign out or request account deletion from Settings / by contacting support
Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under applicable privacy laws. Contact us to exercise those rights.
7. Children’s Privacy
The Service is not directed to children under 13 (or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us data, contact us and we will take appropriate steps.
8. International Users
Your information may be processed in countries other than your own. By using the Service, you understand that your information may be transferred to and processed where our providers operate.
9. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date will change when we do. Continued use of the Service after updates means you accept the revised policy.

Terms of Service
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of AI Tasker (the “Service”). By creating an account or using the app, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. The Service
AI Tasker is a marketplace that connects clients who need AI-related work with experts who offer AI services (for example chatbots, automation, agents, apps, prompts, images, video, data, and related work). We provide the platform, messaging, proposals, and credit tools. We are not the employer of experts and are not a party to private work agreements between users except as described for platform features.
2. Eligibility
You must be legally able to enter a binding contract in your jurisdiction and meet the minimum age required by law (at least 13, or higher where required). You are responsible for activity under your account.
3. Accounts
- Provide accurate account and profile information
- Keep your login secure
- Notify us promptly of unauthorized use
- Do not create accounts for abusive or fraudulent purposes
4. Marketplace Conduct
You agree that you will not:
- Post illegal, harmful, deceptive, or infringing content
- Harass, scam, or exploit other users
- Misrepresent skills, deliverables, budgets, or identity
- Use the Service for non-AI work that is outside the intended marketplace, spam, or scraping
- Attempt to bypass security, payments, or credit systems
- Interfere with the Service or other users’ access
We may remove content, suspend accounts, or restrict features for violations or to protect users and the platform.
5. Tasks, Proposals, and Hiring
- Clients are responsible for task descriptions, budgets, and acceptance of work
- Experts are responsible for the accuracy of proposals and delivery of agreed work
- Agreements between clients and experts are between those users; AI Tasker facilitates discovery and communication
- Reviews must be honest and related to actual interactions
6. Credits and In-App Purchases
- Credits may be purchased through Apple In-App Purchase and used for eligible marketplace features
- Prices and available packs are shown in the app and may change
- Purchases are processed by Apple under Apple’s terms; refund requests should follow Apple’s App Store process
- Credits have no cash value outside the Service unless required by law
- We may adjust, suspend, or revoke credits obtained fraudulently or in error
7. Intellectual Property
The AI Tasker name, branding, and app software are owned by us or our licensors. You retain rights to content you create and upload, and you grant us a non-exclusive license to host and display that content as needed to operate the Service. Do not upload content you do not have rights to share.
8. Third-Party Services
The Service relies on third parties such as Clerk, Supabase, and Apple. Their terms and privacy policies also apply where relevant. We are not responsible for third-party outages beyond our reasonable control.
9. Disclaimers
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, specific hiring outcomes, or the quality of work performed by users.
10. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, AI TASKER AND ITS OPERATORS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR BUSINESS, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR CLAIMS RELATING TO THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNTS YOU PAID US FOR CREDITS IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM OR (B) USD $50, EXCEPT WHERE LIABILITY CANNOT BE LIMITED BY LAW.
11. Indemnity
You agree to defend and indemnify us against claims arising from your content, your use of the Service, your dealings with other users, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.
12. Termination
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms, create risk, or if we discontinue the Service. Provisions that should survive (including IP, disclaimers, liability limits, and indemnity) will survive termination.
13. Changes
We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms. Material changes may be communicated in-app or by other reasonable means.
14. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia, without regard to conflict of law rules, except where mandatory consumer protections in your country apply.
