1. Who we are
CampaignAI is an Email Marketing app operated by KeyoAI (“we”, “us”). This policy explains what information we process when you use the CampaignAI mobile or web app and related services at keyoai.net.

2. Information we process
- On-device workspace. Campaigns, contacts, lists, drafts, and preferences you create are stored primarily on your device.
- Device identifier. A stable device ID is used to associate your subscription plan and usage limits (emails sent, AI writes) on our servers.
- Subscription and usage. Plan selection and counters (daily/monthly sends, AI calls) are stored in our database keyed to your device ID.
- Email content you choose to send. Subject, HTML body, sender display name, and recipient addresses are processed to deliver campaigns.
- AI prompts and drafts. When you use AI writing, your brief and related fields are sent to our Edge Functions and to our AI provider to generate copy.
- Images you upload. Campaign photos may be uploaded to our storage so email clients can load them over HTTPS.
- Collected addresses (optional logging). Recipient emails may be logged for abuse prevention and deliverability operations.
- Technical logs. Edge Function and delivery provider logs may include timestamps, error messages, and message IDs.
3. How we use information
- Provide CampaignAI features (compose, import lists, send, schedule, analytics shown in-app).
- Enforce paid plans and send/AI limits fairly across devices.
- Deliver mail through our sending provider (currently Resend) from addresses such as hello@keyoai.net.
- Generate AI-assisted draft copy via our AI provider (currently OpenAI).
- Maintain security, prevent spam/abuse, and improve reliability.
- Respond to support requests you send to us.
We do not sell your contact lists or campaign content.
4. Legal bases (where applicable)
Depending on your region, we process data to perform the service you request (contract), to pursue legitimate interests such as security and abuse prevention, and where required, with your consent (for example, first-launch AI consent in the app).
5. Sharing with service providers
We share data only as needed to run the product:
- Supabase — database, storage, and Edge Functions hosting.
- Resend — email delivery and related delivery events.
- OpenAI — AI text generation when you use AI writing.
- Hosting / DNS — for keyoai.net and related infrastructure.
Providers process data under their own terms and only for providing their services to us.
6. Emails you send to other people
You are the controller of the contact lists and message content you upload or send. You must only email people who expect your messages, honour unsubscribe requests, and follow anti-spam laws that apply to you.
7. Retention
- On-device data remains until you clear the workspace or uninstall the app (some device ID values may remain in secure storage).
- Server-side device plan and usage records are kept while needed for billing limits, abuse prevention, and operations.
- Uploaded campaign images and operational logs are retained for as long as needed to deliver mail and maintain the service, then deleted or anonymised when no longer required.
8. Security
API keys for sending and AI stay on the server (platform secrets), not in the mobile app. Access to database tables used for device usage is restricted to trusted server roles. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure; we take reasonable measures appropriate to the service.
9. Your choices
- Clear local workspace data in Settings.
- Stop using AI features or the app at any time.
- Email us to ask about access, correction, or deletion of server-side device/usage records where applicable.
10. Children
CampaignAI is not directed to children under 16 (or the equivalent minimum age in your country). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
11. International transfers
Our providers may process data in countries other than yours. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards offered by those providers.
12. Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top will change when we do. Continued use of CampaignAI after an update means you accept the revised policy.
