Overview

This Privacy Policy describes how Vijayasekar, the developer of AI Trading: Bots & Strategies (“we”, “us”, “our”), collects, uses, stores, and protects information when you use the AI Trading: Bots & Strategies mobile application on Android and iOS and related online services (the “Service”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to this Privacy Policy and our Terms of Use.

Information we collect

We may collect the following categories of information:

• Account information — email address, display name, profile photo, bio, location, website, and social links you choose to provide.
• Marketplace activity — strategy and bot listings, reviews, purchase history, credit wallet balances, and withdrawal requests.
• AI bots and AI rooms — room membership, chat messages you send, bot interactions, and credits consumed for AI features.
• Seller verification — if you apply for TM Verified, we collect identity document type, number, and image for admin review only.
• User-generated content — listings, reviews, profile information, chat messages, and reports you submit.
• Payment and payout information — in-app purchase receipts processed by Apple or Google; PayPal email and payout details you provide for seller withdrawals.
• Technical data — device type, operating system, app version, and diagnostic logs needed to operate, secure, and improve the Service.

How we use your information

We use your information to:

• Authenticate you via email one-time codes (WorkOS AuthKit).
• Provide the marketplace — browse, buy, sell, deliver strategy files, and manage credits.
• Operate AI bots and AI rooms, including delivering chat responses and deducting credits.
• Process in-app credit purchases through Apple App Store and Google Play billing, sales, platform fees, and PayPal withdrawal requests.
• Display public seller profiles and approved listings to other users.
• Review listings, verification requests, and content reports through admin tools.
• Enforce our Terms of Use, including moderation of objectionable content and abusive users.
• Respond to support requests and improve the Service.

In-app purchases

AI Trading: Bots & Strategies offers credit packs through in-app purchase on Google Play and the Apple App Store. Payment is processed by Apple or Google; we receive purchase confirmation and product identifiers, not your full payment card details. Credit balances are stored in our backend to power marketplace purchases and AI features.

AI features

When you use AI bots or join AI rooms, messages you send may be processed by our backend and third-party AI providers to generate responses. Do not share sensitive personal, financial, or account credentials in chat. We use this data only to deliver the AI features you request and to maintain room history visible to participants in that room.

Legal basis and retention

We process personal data to perform our contract with you (providing the marketplace and AI features), comply with legal obligations, and pursue legitimate interests such as fraud prevention and security. We retain account and transaction records while your account is active and as long as necessary for tax, dispute resolution, and legal compliance.

Sharing with third parties

We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with service providers that help us operate the Service, and only to the extent needed:

• Supabase — database, file storage, and serverless backend functions.
• WorkOS — secure email login and session management.
• Apple App Store / Google Play — in-app purchase processing (subject to their policies).
• PayPal — payout details you provide for seller withdrawals (name, PayPal email, country, currency preference).
• AI service providers — to generate bot and room responses when you use AI features.

User-generated content and moderation

AI Trading: Bots & Strategies includes user-generated content (listings, reviews, profiles, and room messages). We provide tools to report objectionable content and block abusive users. Reports are reviewed by our team. By using the Service, you agree to our zero-tolerance policy for objectionable content and abusive behavior, as described in our Terms of Use (EULA).

Your choices and rights

You may:

• Update profile information in the app at any time.
• Decline optional profile fields (only email is required to sign in).
• Sign out to end your session on a device without deleting your account.
• Request access, correction, or deletion of your data by contacting us (see Contact below).

Account deletion

You can permanently delete your AI Trading: Bots & Strategies account from the app: Menu → Privacy policy → Delete account, then confirm. Deletion is irreversible.

When your account is deleted:

• Your profile, email, avatar, and personal settings are removed.
• Credit wallet data tied to your account is removed.
• Pending listings are deleted; live listings are unlinked from your profile.
• Reviews, follows, AI room memberships, and verification requests associated with you are removed.
• Some anonymized transaction records may be retained where required for fraud prevention, tax, or legal obligations.
• Open withdrawal requests must be resolved before deletion; the app will notify you if one is pending.

If you cannot access the app, email taskandtrade7@gmail.com from your registered address to request deletion.

Security

We do not store passwords. Sign-in uses email one-time codes. Session tokens are stored in secure device storage. Access to seller verification documents is limited to authorized admin accounts.

Children

AI Trading: Bots & Strategies is not directed at anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a minor has created an account, contact us and we will delete it.

International users

Your information may be processed in countries where our service providers operate. By using the Service, you consent to this processing subject to applicable law.

Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy as our features or legal requirements change. We will post the updated policy on this page with a revised “Last updated” date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
